THE BIG BLACK WHALE

I wish I were a huge,onyx whale
Out in the low emerald sea.

we are lucky to have professional coaches teaching us in our

swimming lessons,so i made the most of it and worked really

hard to improve my technique.

After getting changed,but before we get into the pool,we have

a little rinse.We need to get off the wat and dlnt,and after we

have a little rinse we have to wait for our instructor where we

were waiting we were shivering like an ice block

Our instructor told us how to do rocket arms and free style.

Rocket arms id when you put your arms above your head

hands together straight up in the air. we also practiced arm

circles for freestyle and back stroke.
